Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, G.O.A.T Offroad ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international trail enthusiasts soon.
What is your return policy for installed parts?
To ensure safety and quality, we only accept returns on items in new, uninstalled condition within 30 days of purchase. Once a part has been mounted or used on a vehicle, it is no longer eligible for return.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all G.O.A.T Offroad branded products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Third-party brands are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
